The Gift of the Firebird

"The Gift of the Firebird" is a sixteen page comic that I wrote and drew. This somewhat less common version of the firebird fairy tale is one that I read in Edmund Dulac's Fairy Book: Fairy Tales of the World. The Firebird fairy tale in that book is a very old fashioned story, but it grabbed my heart and made me want to re-tell it in a modern voice. So I did!
